• Delivery within the European Union (EU) takes approximately 7–20 business days depending on your location.

• Please note that delays may occur during busy seasons or due to customs checks in your country.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on all orders over CHF 70.00.

• For orders under CHF 70.00, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Area

• We currently only ship within the European Union (EU).

• Orders placed outside the EU cannot be processed at this time.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
