2. How long does shipping take?

Since we work directly with our suppliers, shipping times may vary. On average:

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery time within the EU: 7–20 business days (depending on location)
    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Do you ship worldwide?

No, at the moment we only ship within the European Union (EU).

4. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over CHF 70.00.
For orders under CHF 70.00, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

5. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will of course replace the item or issue a refund (see below).

7. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 3 days with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

8. Are your sizes accurate?

We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering, as sizes may vary slightly by supplier. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance.
